Procedure 1: Old SGS first, DIP and Pay, tank extension or TSR, Loading:

We are interested in purchasing EN590 10PPM from your available stock. Kindly provide us with the latest injection report and Q&Q report prepared by SGS at the time of injection into the seller’s tank. The report should include:

  1. Composite sampling details, Sealed tank details, Tank number, Seal numbers
  2. Tank Storage Receipt (TSR)
  3. Authorization to Verify (ATV)
  4. Product Passport (Product Analysis Report)
  5. Irrevocable Commitment Letter To Supply
  6. Injection Report
  7. DTA
  8. ATSC (Authorization to Sell & Collect)
  9. Certificate of Origin

Furthermore, we request an official invitation containing full coordinates, instructions, and necessary permissions to conduct an unconditional Dip Test in the seller’s tank. Upon successful verification and completion of the Dip Test, we will process the full and final payment directly to your seller’s account via MT103. As payment been made so we can proceed with requesting our buyer to either extend the seller’s tank storage or to complete the injection in Vessel or in buyer’s tank.
