We also act as a technology accelerator for our ecosystem — providing strategic guidance, proprietary tools, and market intelligence to partners in commodity trading and related sectors.

Technology Stack

We adopt a proven, battle-tested foundation similar to existing quick commerce providers quick-commerce stack, while enhancing it with Ametheus’s trading domain expertise:

  • Architecture: Microservices on Kubernetes and AWS (same as Blinkit)
  • Backend: Java/Spring Boot (primary for scalable, secure microservices), Go and Python for high-performance and data/analytics components. Heavy use of Redis (real-time inventory & locking) and Apache Kafka (event streaming for orders, tracking, and fulfillment)
  • Frontend / Mobile: React Native (iOS & Android apps) + React for web and admin dashboards
  • Other Foundations:
    • PostgreSQL for transactional data
    • Real-time systems & S2 geometry for hyperlocal zoning
    • Predictive ML models for demand forecasting and dynamic pricing
    • Observability with Prometheus + Grafana
    • Additional Ametheus layers: Ultra-low latency trading engines, commodity-specific data feeds, and integrated trade document automation (LOI, SCO, FCO, SPA, etc.)

Our Two Strategic Platforms

Project 1: Quick-Commerce Platform A hyperlocal, 10-15 minute delivery service for groceries, fresh produce, household essentials, medicines, and daily needs. It will operate from dark stores in major cities with direct APMC integration for fresher sourcing and ultra-fast last-mile delivery — directly competing with and improving upon models like Blinkit.

Project 2: Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) Platform A real-time intelligence platform providing accurate data on commodity prices, freight rates (FOB, CIF, port-to-port for container/air/vessel), and integrated trade fulfillment services (LOI, SCO, FCO, Quotations, Proforma Invoices, SPA, Commercial Invoices). This platform will serve as a powerful B2B tool for traders, complementing our global supply chain.
