Counterparty Indemnity Requirement: Any party (seller, buyer, intermediary, broker, or agent) entering into discussions, negotiations, or transactions involving the supply, procurement, trading, or dealing in oil, gas, petroleum products, or other commodities with Ametheus Holdings Pvt Ltd must explicitly agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ametheus Holdings Pvt Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and assigns from any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs, expenses (including legal fees), penalties, or demands arising from:
- Any fraudulent acts, scams, misrepresentations, forgeries, or deceptive practices related to the transaction, including but not limited to false claims regarding product quality, quantity, origin, availability, or legitimacy;
- Breach of representations or warranties concerning the authenticity, legality, or compliance of the commodities;
- Any involvement in money laundering, sanctions violations, or non-compliance with anti-fraud regulations;
- Any third-party claims resulting from the counterparty’s actions or omissions.
We strictly adhere to verified procedures and reject any non-standard or high-risk proposals that may indicate potential fraud (e.g., demands for upfront payments without verifiable proof of product, refusal of independent inspections, or unconventional payment terms).
Our Zero-Tolerance Policy: Ametheus Holdings Pvt Ltd does not engage in or tolerate any fraudulent activities. We conduct thorough due diligence on all counterparties and transactions. Any suspicion of fraud will result in immediate termination of discussions and reporting to relevant authorities.
