- Last 3–5 cargoes (with load/discharge ports and dates preferred)
- Speed & Consumption (laden / ballast, including any eco speeds and fuel grades)
- BWTS details (type, maker, installation year, compliance status)
- Scrubber details (if fitted) – type, open/closed loop, compliance
- Tank coating / condition (especially critical for chemical / clean products)

- Drydock / Special Survey / Intermediate Survey dates (last + next due)
- Class status report / Certificate of Class (with any outstanding recommendations or conditions of class)

- Last SIRE / CDI / RightShip inspection report (summary or full, with date)
- Port State Control (PSC) history – last 24 months (detentions + major deficiencies)
