How We Work
We follow a clear, structured process designed for speed and transparency:
- Enquiry Received You submit a freight enquiry or full charter request. We acknowledge within the same working day.
- Market Screening & Shortlist We screen the market for suitable open tonnage, check vessel suitability, age, certifications, and commercial terms, and prepare a shortlist.
- Negotiation Support We negotiate freight/hire, laycan, demurrage, and key clauses on your behalf (or jointly with you), keeping you fully informed at every stage.
- Fixture & Charter Party Once terms are agreed, we assist with the fixture recap and preparation/review of the Charter Party (BIMCO or customary forms).
- Post-Fixture Follow-up We remain available for operational coordination, documentation support, and any post-fixture issues until the voyage is completed.
