1. Company KYC / KYB Documents

• Certificate of Incorporation / Registration
• CAC Status Report / Company Search Extract (or equivalent official registry extract)
• GST / Tax Registration Certificate (if applicable)
• Latest Proof of Address (utility bill / bank statement / official letter – not older than 3 months)
• Corporate Bank Account Confirmation Letter or recent bank statement in the exact company name
• Director(s) / Authorized Signatory(ies) KYC:
  • Passport / National ID / Aadhaar (as applicable)
  • PAN (if Indian company)

2. Additional Documents (if acting as Agent or for a third party)

• Valid Mandate / Appointment Letter on Principal’s official letterhead (signed by authorised officer)
• Explicit authorisation for Ametheus Holdings Pvt Ltd to source tonnage and disclose principal’s name to shipowners/brokers
• Verifiable contact details of the Principal for confirmation

3. Other Supporting Documents (optional but recommended)

• Company Profile / Brochure
• List of recent similar fixtures (last 12–24 months)
• Proof of Funds / Financial capability letter (may be requested later)
