- Charter Period [e.g., 30 days ± 5 days / 3 months ± 15 days / 6 months firm with options, etc.]
- KYC of Charterer [Full company details: Name, Address, Years in business, Ownership, Experience, etc.]
- Recent Fixtures [Last 2–3 fixtures performed – Vessel name, Cargo, Period, Rate (if possible)]
- Trading Area [Intended trading limits, e.g., Arabian Gulf – India – Bangladesh – Far East, Safe ports/berths always afloat]
- Use as Storage Tanker Yes / No [If Yes, please mention any specific requirements regarding tank coating, heating capacity, etc.]
- Preferred Charter Party Form [e.g., Shelltime 4, BPvoy, Asbatankvoy, or others with amendments]
Additional Requirements / Remarks [Please mention any other specific requirements such as vessel age limit, tank coating, pump capacity, IG system, etc.]
